All warranties provided by Thermasol after September 1, 2014, shall extend only to the original retail purchaser or end user of the product and are contingent on the proper use of the product in accordance with the instructions and specifications published by Thermasol or the applicable product manufacturer. These warranties shall not apply to any product that has been repaired or modified by persons not approved by Thermasol or the relevant manufacturer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Reseller will be required to start any warranty process, except where prohibited by law. These warranties are not valid for any product sold with a defaced or altered serial number, or for any product that was purchased used, refurbished, “as is,” or in unknown condition. Warranty terms may differ by product category or brand, as detailed in the related sections of this warranty, including product lines supplied under Harvia and EOS brands.

RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS GENERATORS

Thermasol extends to the original purchaser a 2-year limited “In-Home” warranty for our PRO Series (including PROI, PROII, and PROIII), SSA/AF Series, and SSM Series generators manufactured from June 1, 2007. TFXA and TFXM Series generators are covered by a 1-year limited “In-Home” warranty for the original purchaser. No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is provided for any Thermasol residential generator when installed or used in any non-residential setting, including but not limited to hotels, spas, gyms, health clubs, Airbnb/VRBO or other short-term rental properties.
“In-Home” Limited Warranty Thermasol will repair or replace (at its discretion) generator parts found to have manufacturing defects, and will cover labor charges up to a standard, regionally appropriate service rate when performed by a Thermasol service agent (if locally available) or by a qualified, independent service technician selected by the customer. After the “In-Home” warranty expires, the Factory Limited Warranty applies.
Factory Limited Warranty Thermasol will replace any defective parts for the life of the product for the original purchaser and will cover labor performed at the factory. The customer is responsible for removal/installation and shipping to and from the factory in Round Rock, TX. Thermasol guarantees all parts to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
COMMERCIAL STEAM GENERATORS

Thermasol extends to the original purchaser a limited 18-month warranty from the original date of purchase for PowerPak III Series and Day Spa Series commercial generators. This coverage provides replacement parts only for manufacturing defects confirmed to be covered under warranty. The customer is responsible for removal/installation. Labor charges up to a standard, regionally appropriate service rate when performed by a Thermasol service agent (if locally available) or by a qualified, independent service technician selected by the customer apply only to PowerPak III Series generators. All commercial generator warranties exclude normal wear and tear, damage caused by environmental conditions, poor maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper water conditions, and any operation outside the unit’s intended purpose.

HARVIA HEATERS
Harvia sauna heaters, controls (Xenio or Fenix), and power boxes installed in a private, residential setting are covered under a 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer. If installed in a commercial setting, including but not
limited to hotels, spas, gyms, health clubs, Airbnb/VRBO or other short-term rental properties, the warranty for heaters, controls, and power boxes is 1 year. Stones and heating elements carry a 1-year warranty for both residential and commercial settings. All warranties apply for manufacturing defects only.
Warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear/poor maintenance
- Improper installation, including any installation that does not comply with applicable codes, regulations, and/or the installation requirements stated in the official installation manual(s)
- Chemical exposure (e.g., spa water or oils on sauna stones)
- Installation by uncertified electrician or unqualified service provider
- Improper usage (e.g., shower in sauna room or other moisture intrusion or misuse)
- Non-compatible component use, including cross-branded components (e.g. heater and control/power units must be officially compatible and from the same brand)

EOS sauna heaters, power boxes, and heating elements installed in either residential or commercial environments include a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer. All warranties apply for manufacturing defects only. Decorative sauna stones supplied for select EOS heaters include a 1-year warranty, while other stone degradation is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
Warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear/poor maintenance
- Improper installation, including any installation that does not comply with applicable codes, regulations, and/or the installation requirements stated in the official installation manual(s)
- Chemical exposure (e.g., spa water or oils on sauna stones)

SAUNA ROOMS
All sauna room warranties apply only to the original purchaser and the original installation address, and coverage is limited strictly to manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, wood weathering, UV discoloration, and natural aging of materials are excluded. Harvia sauna rooms (excluding infrared rooms) and Thermasol Legacy sauna rooms carry a limited lifetime warranty on structural components, covering manufacturing/workmanship or material defects such as mis-cuts, rough lumber, knot loss, or defects in IR components (if applicable). Thermasol sauna rooms (excluding Legacy rooms) and Harvia infrared sauna rooms are warranted for 1 year from substantial project completion, covering defective workmanship/materials such as mis-cuts, rough lumber, knot loss, or defects in IR components (if applicable).
Warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation, maintenance, or use, including any installation that does not comply with applicable codes, regulations, and/or the installation requirements stated in the official installation manual(s)
- Unauthorized alterations
- Chemical damage to heaters
- Use of showers in sauna rooms
To qualify, the sauna room must be installed by a certified electrician or qualified service representative and registered within 15 days of purchase. The warranty applies only to original installation and purchaser. Warranty does not extend beyond the initial term,
including in cases of product replacement. Labor reimbursement, including for repairs, removal, installation, or shipping is not included.

Cold plunges and soak tubs include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in both equipment components and structural materials. Structural coverage applies to defects such as improper cuts, material flaws, or other manufacturing-related issues affecting the integrity of the tub or plunge unit. Equipment coverage applies to defects in pumps, chillers, heaters, control systems, electrical components, plumbing assemblies, and other operational or mechanical parts included with the unit.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation location and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include normal wear and tear, weathering, surface discoloration, cosmetic changes over time, or degradation caused by exposure to chemicals, improper water balance, or harsh cleaning agents. Warranty coverage is also voided by improper installation, including installations not performed according to code or not completed in accordance with the product installation manual, installation performed by an uncertified electrician or unqualified service provider, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain the product as recommended by Harvia/Thermasol.
Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or use outside the intended residential or commercial application (as specified by the manufacturer) is excluded.
LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY
LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY
Applies to original retail purchaser or end user and covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for steam controls, light and music systems, and steamheads. The use of lead-based or acidic sealants, acids, abrasives, or detergents voids the finish warranty. Only neutral-curing sealants that are non-reactive with metal/brass finishes may be used. Customer is responsible for removal/installation and shipping to and from the factory.

- Standard (Group A/B) Finishes: Five years from date of purchase
- Custom Finishes: No finish warranty applies

1. Thermasol is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
2. Thermasol is not responsible for service delays.
3. Local in-home service is not guaranteed. Units may require factory service.
4. Warranties are non-transferable and not valid for used, refurbished, or “as is” purchases. No agent may extend any other warranties.
These warranties are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes must be submitted to arbitration in Texas.

Defective materials must be inspected by Thermasol. If found defective, Thermasol reserves the right to repair, replace, or adjust the product at its discretion. Field labor, removal/installation, shipping, and any consequential damages are not covered unless expressly stated elsewhere in this warranty. For certain warranty replacement parts or equipment, Thermasol may require a refundable deposit before shipping the replacement item. This deposit is used to ensure the defective item is returned for inspection, which is required for final warranty approval. The deposit amount varies depending on the component being replaced and will be disclosed at the time the warranty claim is processed. The deposit is refunded in full once the original item is received and inspected, provided the defect is confirmed to fall within the terms of the applicable warranty. If the returned item is not received, is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or other excluded conditions, or if inspection determines the failure is not covered under warranty, the deposit may be forfeited and full charges for the replacement product(s) may apply. Shipping costs for returning defective items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise.
