 August 12, 2010 - A couple of months ago, I traveled to New York City to reunite with old friends. Many of them are in the military – the 99 Army Reserve Command to be exact- and I regularly stay with them at the base in Fort Totten. The guys invited me to participate in their regular routine: work out, a game of volleyball, then hit the sauna for 20 minutes. |
